Why should I upgrade Fortress university and other top buildings to level 3
Maybe I am asking a dumb question but It seems to me that there is very little reason to upgrade my Fortress and university and keep etc to level 3. Even if i think that some day i might want a monument. What good is upgrading the Keep?
I can still recruit the same units weather its a level 1 or level 3 keep? Same with the university? What am I missing please.
