How do you get gold without actually doing the unthinkable and buying it

You watch video clips to earn 1 gold for each one you watch. You can also vote to bring back the option where everyday you vote for dark age wars as the number 1 game and you get gold for it. Go to feature requests and find the thread called "Bring back vote for gold" if you want this to start again. All you have to do is rate it 5-stars and leave a report. The report doesn't have to be long it could say "good thinking". For that matter all you have to do is rate it 5-stars. It would help more if you left a post, though.

There is an icon in the upper left corner, Gold with a film strip in front of it. Just click on it to watch.

Anyone who does not want to spend the money or trust the online payment process , the adviser rental is too expensive. I just started playing the game two days ago and am trying to be competitive and this happens. Two ques and maybe three should be standard in the game. The rent for the advisers should be no more than 100 gold. U need additional ways to earn gold such as watching more videos than just 2 per day. Call me cheap or what ever u want, but I am very near not participating in the game anymore. I like the game very much. It is similar to another game I used to play. In that game however, play was for free but you had to deal with advertising about 1 per hour. If you did not want the advertising, you could pay a fee and have the advertising removed. It would be nice if u did something like that for those of us who are too cheap to pay that much for the gold. I want to keep playing but I am doubting my future participation at the:mad moment.
